On March 6, Ukrainian society and the world community were shaken by a video on social networks, in which a man in the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is cynically shot by the russian occupiers after saying “Glory to Ukraine!”.

6 березня українське суспільство та світову спільноту сколихнуло відео у соціальних мережах, на якому чоловіка у формі ЗСУ цинічно розстрілюють російські окупанти після слів «Слава Україні!».

– Окупант убиває за сам факт, що ми українці. За одне тільки слово про Україну. За нашу мрію про Україну. За наше життя – життя українців…В Україні завжди звучатиме: «Слава Україні!». І мільйони завжди відповідатимуть: «Героям слава!». Завжди саме так буде…Сьогодні зʼявилося відео, як окупанти по-звірячому вбили воїна, який хоробро сказав їм у вічі: «Слава Україні!». Хочу, щоб ми всі разом, у єдності відповіли на його слова: «Герою слава! Героям слава! Україні слава!». І ми знайдемо вбивць. Я дякую всім, хто зараз у бою за Україну! Дякую кожному й кожній, хто допомагає Україні!,

– заявив Зеленський.

Thanks to everyone who helps Ukraine!

Відео розстрілу російські пабліки опублікували 6 березня. Людина за кадром на початку відео каже «Знімаю» та спрямовує камеру на українського бранця. Той вимовляє «Слава Україні», після чого росіяни одразу ж прицільним вогнем вистрілюють в голову — чоловік падає, і окупанти ще кілька разів цілять по тілу загиблого.

He utters “Glory to Ukraine”, after which the russians immediately shoot him in the head with aimed fire – the man falls, and the occupiers aim several more times at the dead man’s body.

Слідчі Служби безпеки встановили, що українським військовим, якого розстріляли після слів «Слава Україні!», був солдат 163 батальйону 119 окремої бригади ТРО Чернігівської області Мацієвський Олександр Ігорович.
Як вдалося встановити СБУ, Олександра Мацієвського розстріляли 30 грудня 2022 року. Його тіло повернули додому в лютому 2023 року.

The investigators of the Security Service established that the Ukrainian soldier who was shot after saying “Glory to Ukraine!” was a soldier of the 163rd battalion of the 119th separate brigade of the TRO of the Chernihiv region, Oleksandr Matsievsky.
As the SBU managed to establish, Oleksandr Matsievsky was shot on December 30, 2022. His body was returned home in February 2023.

Сьогодні я присвоїв звання Героя України Олександру Мацієвському. Солдату. Людині, яку знатимуть всі українці. Людині, яку пам’ятатимуть вічно. За його хоробрість, за його впевненість – в Україні – і за його «Слава Україні!».

Герою слава! Героям слава! Україні слава!

З початку масованих ракетних атак росія випустила по Україні 821 крилату та балістичну ракети – Олексій Резніков. Про це міністр оборони повідомив під час зустрічі з норвезьким колегою Бйорном Арільдом Грамом у Києві. Він також уточнив, що з жовтня 2022 року країна-агресор здійснила вже 15 масованих ракетних атак.
